What we clean
Priced per visit or per month
We walk the building first. You get a written list and price before any work starts.
Prices don't include Texas sales tax. We work with small local businesses and don't clean hospitals, medical offices, senior living communities, schools, or other large institutions.
Regular cleaning
Weekly or more often, after you close. Days are set at the walk-through.
Gym and studio cleaning
Workout floors, studios, locker rooms, and showers.
Restrooms and common areas
Cleaned and checked against a written list each visit, and restocked from the supplies you keep on hand.
Hard floors
Dust mopping and damp mopping on every visit.
After-event cleanup
Evenings and weekends, booked ahead.
How it works
Step 1: We walk the building
We measure each area and ask what isn't getting done today. There's no charge for the walk-through.
Step 2: You get a written list
Area by area, with how often each one is cleaned and one price.
Step 3: We clean after hours
We work from the checklist and text you when the building is done.
Questions from business owners
Who cleans my building?
Joey Grasso, the owner. If that ever changes, we tell you who is coming before the visit.
What if you miss a visit?
If a scheduled night is missed, you hear from us before you open, and we make it up before your next visit or credit it.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Either side can end with 30 days' notice. No long contracts.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
You give us a key, code, or lockbox. We lock up, set the alarm, and text you when we're done. Codes are never shared.
Who supplies what?
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. You supply paper goods and soap, and we tell you when they're running low.
Is there sales tax?
Yes. Texas charges sales tax on cleaning services. It shows as its own line on your invoice.

Business cleaning is priced per visit or per month, after a walk-through. We work in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Belterra, Wimberley, and Bee Cave, Texas. Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 am–6 pm. Sitting and pet visits seven days a week. Business cleaning after hours by arrangement. Send a request by 5 pm and we reply by 7 pm the same day.
