How it works
Step 1: Send your dates
Send the short form or a text with the address and your booking dates.
Step 2: We see the place first
We walk through and write the checklist for your rental.
Step 3: You get a price in writing
You see what's included and the price before you say yes.
Step 4: We turn it over
We clean on the dates we confirmed and text you when it's ready.
Rental cleaning questions
How do you know when to come?
You send your booking dates and we confirm each turnover ahead.
Do you wash the sheets and towels?
Laundry and bed linens can be added to any turnover. Tell us when you ask for a price.
How do you get in?
You can use a door code or a lockbox. If you give us a key, it's tagged with a code and stored locked. Alarm codes are never kept with the key.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. If you'd like a certain product used, leave it out and we'll use it where it's safe for the surface.
Is there sales tax?
Texas charges sales tax on cleaning services. Prices on this site don't include it. It shows as its own line on your invoice.
What if a turnover is missed?
We don't send someone you haven't met. If an emergency keeps us from a visit, you get a text first thing that morning, a new time within two days, and 10% off that visit.

Send the address and your booking dates. We'll tell you if we're open.
Short-term rental turnovers are from $139 each. Prices don't include Texas sales tax. We work in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Belterra, Wimberley, and Bee Cave, Texas. Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 am–6 pm. Sitting and pet visits seven days a week. Business cleaning after hours by arrangement. Send a request by 5 pm and we reply by 7 pm the same day.
